Q 1: How many hours in the equipment to ferment can get 25% water content final products?A 1: 1). In the early stage, we recommend adjusting the carbon to nitrogen ratio with other excipients. Then the organic fertilizer that comes out can be used as an auxiliary material.2).But, please use less than 30% water content auxiliary materials(dry manure) to mix the 80% water content fresh chicken manure .3).Then get less than 60% water content chicken manure to input to the equipment to aerobic fermentation. (If it exceeds 60%, it will produce anaerobic effect.) 4).If 48 hours of biological fermentation process in the equipment can get about 40% water content final products , If 72 hours process in the equipment , can get about 30% water content final products . When the final products output from the equipment, It is moist and with a high temperature.it need to be stacked and dried for about 2 days for natural heat dissipation and another 5 days for secondary decomposing , Then to reduce the water content to about 25% . 5). If you don't have a dedicated workshop and warehouse to stack and dry, we suggest that you pull directly into your field or the buyer's place to buy the organic fertilizer for ventilating and drying up to get 25% water content and secondary decomposing final products. Q 2: What is the suitable temperature in the equipment to ferment ?A 2: About 70 degree centigrade is suitable.Q 3: how can out of gas and no effect of crops or tree his finished product?A 3: The gas is discharged into the deodorizing equipment through the pipeline for treatment .the discharged gas has no pollution, no odor, and no harm to crops.Q 4: If need the boiler in the winter for 7 degree centigrade.A 4: We suggest that it is better to equip with one diesel heater for auxiliary heating to make the temperature rise faster to 70 degree centigrade , To achieve high efficiency and more energy saving. And the more important thing is it can help to reduce the final products humidity.
